Operation instructions

1. Insert the power cord of the device and turn on the power switch (as shown above).

2. Set the required temperature on the thermostat:

The green temperature is the set temperature, and the red temperature is the current heater temperature;

Adjust the temperature upward by the arrow, and adjust the temperature downward by the arrow. After setting the temperature, the value is automatically saved;

3、Start the heating of the tube. According to the diameter of the tube, the heating time will be different. It is expected to take 10~15S. Then, the flanging (flanging duration is about 10S) is carried out. After the flanging is completed, it needs to be cooled at the cooling plate position (cooling time is about 5S).

4、Replacement of heating head: The flange of different diameter tubes needs to correspond to heating head of different diameters. The replacement of heating head is as follows:

Note: After the heating head is removed, in order to prevent the falling off of the fixing screws behind it, a new heating head needs to be replaced immediately
